Technical requirements
For Business Online and Markets Online to work satisfactorily, we recommend the following as minimum specifications for your PC and local network:

Operating system *Windows XP SP3/Vista SP1/
Win 7.
BrowsersMicrosoft Internet Explorer 7 or newer.      (Read about the browser settings.)
Screen resolution800x600 with 256 colours (SVGA).
1024x768 true colours (SVGA)
     recommended.
ModemModem with speed of 56 kbps or above.
ADSL or a faster connection
     recommended.
Local network and communication protocolAll communication with the Bank takes
     place via the TCP/IP protocol.
     To communicate with Business Online,
     you have to open port 443.
     For file transfer to and from the bank,
     port 1414 must be open too.
CommunicationInternet connection via ISP or
Direct modem link to Danske Bank.
* Business Online does not support Macintosh.

** If you use a browser not on the recommended browser list, Danske Bank cannot provide support or guarantee consistent operation of Business Online and Markets Online. Note that beta versions of browsers are not generally supported.

Other requirements
Your PC must have Sun Java (minimum version 1.5.0) activated on your PC.

To be able to send and receive files in Business Online, the PC must have a C drive.
